2. Description of Service
- GroZeyRun is a grocery companion application that helps you manage grocery lists, track spending, and reduce decision fatigue.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use GroZeyRun.
- By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@grozeyrun.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use GroZeyRun for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without our express written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and software within GroZeyRun are the intellectual property of GroZeyRun and its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
- Any content you submit (e.g. grocery lists, notes) remains yours. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Disclaimers
- GroZeyRun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
- Any suggestions or recommendations made by GroZeyRun (e.g. grocery items) are for convenience only and should be verified by you.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroZeyRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.
- You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion page.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
